TGI Fridays in Sugar Land

This is a zero star waiting for 20 minutes and not even one single drink also there was a another Party that walked in after us and they helped them out before us I was done we walked out of there disappointing I just wanted to eat and instead I felt like we were a bother to them. Never going there ever again .

My waitress was really nice. When my order had an issue, her and the manager were quick to resolve the situation.

Not as good as I remembered. But then, this was my first visit in several years. The food was good, but nothing special. And, the service was just OK.

Awesome experience!! My server was Ny and she was on top of everything!! Will definitely be coming back again!!

Is nice my two youngest kid's took me here for my B-DAY love you kid's to the moon and back

Waiter/Bartender was very nice. But all 4 of our dinners was horrible. Didn't want to re order anything else just paid for it and left. Probably won't be back.

Appetizer literally came out 2 minutes before the entree. We had fries, so we wasted them so that we could eat the entree while it was hot. The greater didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in and barely spoke when walked to the table. I will not return. There are too many choices in Pearland

Best dine-in experience in a LONG time! Decided to step out of the "norm" and dine-in tonight, from being greeted at the door by Imani the hostess...to being promptly served and attended to by Shay the waitress! She made our experience the BEST! And the food was 5 stars alone...I cannot leave out our bartender Kirk,drinks were great! I would have to give a huge kuddos to Mark the GM for his kindness from beginning to end. They are doing all that's necessary to practice social distancing,so that you can still enjoy eating out or should I say dining-in. I am not one to write reviews because I am one to always find something to complain about...but my overall experience was definitely one of the BEST in a very long time. This will be our New Norm!

Need to get better servers with some home training.

Probably 10 people in the whole resturant it took forever to get napkins, refills, and a to go box.....there was 3 of us only one of us got a refill the whole time we were there. The frys were super salty.

Went in around noon and there was no wait and friendly staff to welcome us at the door. Service was great, food was quick to arrive and tasted amazing. Server hooked us up with the app and a free appetizer.

Kenya is AMAZING!!! VERY HOSPITABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE. THANK YOU!!! I ordered the Whiskey Glazed Sesame Chicken Strips & Mozzarella Cheese Sticks from the endless apps menu, as well as the Go Big Barbados Rum Punch. Everything was fresh, seasoned well, hot. The only down side would be dirty cutlery.

The waytres was nice enough to work an extra table out of her area. The food was good. And I got to use my points so my meal was free.

The service was friendly and efficient. The food was served quickly and it was most certainly delicious. I even received a free ice cream sundae for dining in on my birthday. Thank you TGI Fridays for celebrating my birthday with me! It's truly appreciated.

The atmosphere was great, very polite hosts and servers. Very clean location. The food was a 5 star, highly recommended!

Were greeted right away by the hostess on a Saturday evening with no wait. Place was busy but not crowded. Hostess was a little aloof and didn't anticipate patrons' needs (had to ask for a booster for my 2 year old and she brought him the kid's menu but forgot the crayons). Server was good but didn't hit his stride until halfway through the meal. I had ordered the Friday's Famous Bones which was better than I thought it'd be. The ribs were overcooked, dry and a little bland but the wings were really tasty. The fries were so so. My husband got the Jack Daniel Burger which he said was good but not as good as Killen's. My son's mac and cheese was really good. Place overall was good but not great. Will most likely not return.

Good location in pearland. Good service. It's a pretty chill atmosphere. Food is good. My favorite is the chicken & shrimp pasta. They also have pretty good drinks.

I love it here ! I’m 13 years young and I don’t really like going to restaurants, but out of all the restaurants i’ve been to....THIS is the best one. The service, the drinks, the food was on point! Shay was a waiter here. She continued to check up on us and provided the best of the best service! Kirk is the bartender.. I can’t drink but my mom does complain a lot about her drinks but she didn’t at all at this specific restaurant. T.G.I. Friday’s is strongly recommended.

Was a great place to hang out but now no way

Went in for an early Father's Day dinner on Friday with a medium to large group. Ordered appetizers, adult beverages, and my main course was a full rack of whiskey glazed ribs. Everything was delicious! Our server was very experienced and very efficient. Was pleasantly surprised that my overall experience was top notch even though we are still in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic!

For a steak dinner, the steak wasn't very big.

The waitress was very friendly and courteous. And I ordered a Chicken Cobb Salad and it was very nice and big and tasted really well, based that alone I wouldn't mind coming back here in the future.

The service was amazing. The food was just as it should be. I was most pleased with the manager coming out to ask how the 'buffalo burger was?' As a cheeseburger was actually ordered. We kept the buffalo burger... we had not even noticed the mistake... I would say for a quick stress free lunch this is the place.

Just clean it up and get competent help.

Staff was super friendly! Half my order was forgot and two cups of water I ordered had trash in it. Was not very excited about that. The wings were mediocre and had very little sauce for flavor on them.

I really enjoyed this white cheddar broccoli cheese soup and the southern fried chicken sandwich with avocado was equally delicious. The drinks however were weak and not worth my money. A long island tea is not supposed taste like lemonade! They put way to much sweet and sour and not enough liquor.

Decent service. Great food

The only item worth purchasing tight was the loaded baked potato. Brussel sprouts aren't crispy they are burnt with random croutons mixed in; Philly rolls had no steak nor American white cheese (was watery and onions weren't cooked) and no Philly cheese steak flavor; mac n chz tasted like it was poured out of a bag with sprinkled government cheese on top; sizzling chicken now has a red sauce on it (taste doesn't match with cheese flavor) but three chicken was good 👍; shrimp fried correctly but no flavor and steak great but parmesan butter was thick but I didn't heat it up once home. We wasted money tonight. 👎👎👎

We had the TGFriday special, Steak and Shrimp, cooked great and tasted outstanding.We also had the Mango Hennessy drinks, OUTSTANDING. Will be back again.

My driver waited 2hours for my pick up order to be done. Was told thereafter that my ticket was somewhere lost and that she couldnt find it, 20 more mins later my driver was told that she finally found my order and once I got my food it was COMPLETELY COLD and hard and missing items. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I was not offered to speak with the manager and that the restaurant was closing so I was unable to get a remake of my food

I got the million dollar Cobb salad first time trying it didn't really like it the meat was hard and dry!

The server was fantastic but the all you can eat apps were fried and greasy 😡😡

Lori was absolutely fantastic!! Had an answer to every question & if she didnt know she gladyly found out for me. Hope to come here again to have her serve me or get service as wonderful as hers! Thank you for the delicious food and experience 😁😁

Food was hot and fresh. We had the all you can eat for $12 ......Nidia was awesome! She checked on us frequently. Love this place. So far I haven't had a bad experience.

Just left there for my moms bday ! New waiter by the name Alex, is awesome!! With a party of 15 and new he did absolutely great! Although all of our orders were difficult he handled it like a champ!! Thank u sweetie you did great, you and ya hair 💙💙
